Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
  • 68 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder and black pepper.

  5. Arrange the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken and place slices of butter over the top.
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the chicken.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F internally.
  8. Spoon the creamy sauce over the chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables.

Notes
