Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
200 g thinly sliced beef
¼ cup cornstarch
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup chicken broth
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes, optional
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
For the beef strips, toss the sliced beef with cornstarch, garlic powder, and salt.
Heat oil in the same skillet and fry the beef strips for 2–4 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and crispy. Remove and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium and add butter. Sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Add Parmesan, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Top with the crispy beef strips and fresh parsley.
Serve immediately with pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables.
Notes
For a spicier kick, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
This dish pairs well with a side of garlic bread or a fresh salad.
