Ingredients
Scale
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, green onions, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
Place a generous tablespoon of the crab mixture at the wide end of each crescent triangle.
Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point, enclosing the filling.
Place the rolled crescent bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of hot sauce to the crab mixture.
To make it a bit healthier, substitute Greek yogurt for the mayonnaise.
