Ingredients
Scale
1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2–3 fresh jalapeños, finely diced
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
Make the filling: In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, diced jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
Prepare the dough: Separate the crescent dough into triangles.
Place about 1–2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture near the wide end of each triangle.
Roll each triangle tightly toward the pointed end, tucking in the filling as you roll.
Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–16 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Let cool for 3–5 minutes, then garnish with parsley if desired.
Serve warm while the filling is creamy and cheesy.
Notes
For extra heat, leave some jalapeño seeds in the filling.
For a milder version, remove all seeds and membranes before chopping.
