Cheesy Baked Meat Patties are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines ground beef with cheese and spices, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. You should get about 8 patties.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. For a crispy top, broil the patties for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
  6. Let the patties rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef.
  • Add finely chopped vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the meat mixture for extra flavor and nutrition.
