Delicious and easy-to-make Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and additional ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties to the skillet.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and are golden brown.
  5. While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns in a separate pan or in the oven until lightly golden.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on each bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, and additional ranch dressing as desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, mix in some chopped fresh herbs like parsley or chives into the chicken mixture.
  • Substitute ground turkey for ground chicken for a leaner option, or use a plant-based ground meat alternative for a vegetarian version.
