  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, green onions, and celery.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and crab mixture, gently tossing to combine until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
