Delicious Biscoff Banana Caramel Pudding Cups that combine the flavors of Biscoff cookies, ripe bananas, and creamy caramel pudding.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie crumbs
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread (optional for drizzling)
  • Additional Biscoff cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix and milk. Whisk together until smooth and let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. In serving cups or bowls, layer 1/4 cup of Biscoff cookie crumbs at the bottom of each cup.
  3. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the cookie crumbs, followed by a layer of the prepared vanilla pudding.
  4. Drizzle a tablespoon of caramel sauce over the pudding layer.
  5. Add another layer of Biscoff cookie crumbs, followed by more banana slices and another layer of pudding.
  6. Top each cup with whipped cream and drizzle with additional caramel sauce and Biscoff spread if desired.
  7. Crush a few Biscoff cookies and sprinkle them on top for garnish.
  8. Chill the pudding cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, use chocolate pudding mix instead of vanilla.
  • Substitute the bananas with strawberries or blueberries for a different fruit flavor.
