Baked Caesar Chicken with Creamy Parmesan Sauce delights taste buds with its rich flavors and creamy texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds)
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of the Caesar dressing, 1/2 cup of the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pour the creamy mixture evenly over the top of the chicken.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese over the chicken and return to the oven to melt and brown slightly.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute the Caesar dressing with a light or reduced-fat version.
  • You can also add vegetables like broccoli or asparagus to the baking dish for a complete meal.
  • For a spicy kick, add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the creamy mixture.
