- 8 refrigerated or bakery-style croissants
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley, for topping
- Pinch of flaky salt, optional
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, bacon, parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Carefully slice each croissant horizontally, leaving one side attached.
- Generously spoon the cream cheese and bacon mixture inside each croissant.
- Arrange the stuffed croissants on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a glossy, golden finish.
- Bake for 12–16 minutes, or until the croissants are deeply golden and the cheese filling is hot and bubbly.
- Brush lightly with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley and a little flaky salt.
- Serve warm while the filling is creamy and the croissants are crisp and flaky.
Notes
- For an extra-garlicky version, mix 1 minced garlic clove into the melted butter before brushing it over the baked croissants.
