Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 ounces) tuna, drained
  • 1 cup sweet peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, sweet peas, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chopped red onion, celery, and bell pepper to the bowl.
  3. Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich, or with crackers.

Notes

  • For a crunchier texture, add chopped cucumbers or radishes.
  • Substitute the tuna with canned chicken or chickpeas for a different protein option.
