In a bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the steak cubes in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat.
In a separate bowl, mix the softened butter with half of the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet over low heat. Add the cheesy butter mixture and stir until the steak bites are well coated and the cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Cover the skillet for a minute to allow the cheese to melt slightly.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the spice mixture.
