  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, and ground ginger. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken evenly and let it simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
