- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda (like Sprite or 7UP)
- 1 cup light rum (optional, for adult version)
- 1/2 cup grenadine
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 orange, thinly sliced
- Ice, enough to fill the bucket
- Gummy candies, mini umbrellas, or paper straws (optional for garnish)
- Add the fruit to a clean sand bucket or large punch bowl: strawberries, pineapple chunks, and orange slices.
- Fill the bucket with ice.
- In a separate pitcher, mix together the pineapple juice, coconut cream, orange juice, lemon-lime soda, and rum (if using).
- Pour the drink mixture over the ice and fruit.
- Slowly pour grenadine around the edges so it creates a “sunset” effect.
- Garnish with gummy candies, fruit skewers, or mini umbrellas.
- Serve with colorful straws or sand shovels for scooping!
Notes
- For a kid-friendly version, skip the rum.
- Add a scoop of sherbet for a creamy float vibe.
- Serve immediately while cold and colorful.
