- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large circle, about 12 inches in diameter.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese around the edge of the dough, about 1 inch from the edge.
- Fold the edge of the dough over the cheese and press to seal, creating a stuffed crust.
