Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces of rice noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
8 ounces sirloin steak, thinly sliced
8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snap peas
3 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside with the steak.
Add the minced garlic, bell pepper, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute the steak and shrimp with tofu and add more vegetables like broccoli or carrots.
Add a squeeze of lime juice before serving for an extra burst of flavor.
