Ingredients
Scale
1 lb ribeye steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Rub the ribeye steak with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the cooked shrimp and lobster meat, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Pour in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Slice the rested steak and plate it. Pour the shrimp and lobster sauce over the steak and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a spicier sauce, add a pinch of red pepper flakes while simmering.
Substitute the lobster with crab meat for a different flavor profile.
