Ingredients
Scale
1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and gently toss until all pieces are evenly coated. Let the salmon marinate for about 15 minutes.
Arrange the marinated salmon cubes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
For an extra kick, add more sriracha or a pinch of cayenne pepper to the marinade.
Substitute the salmon with shrimp or firm tofu for a different protein option.
