Ingredients
Scale
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup lump crab meat, drained
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuits
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place about 2 tablespoons of the seafood mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal. Place the filled biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of the filled biscuits.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the seafood mixture.
Substitute the crab meat with imitation crab for a more budget-friendly option.
