- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat, cooked
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the seafood mixture, a layer of mozzarella, and a layer of marinara sauce.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining noodles, marinara sauce, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine to the seafood mixture.
- Feel free to add other seafood like scallops or lobster for variety.
