  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted and hot.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  3. Add the cleaned mushrooms to the skillet and stir to coat them in the garlic mixture.
  4. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, then season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and browned.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
