In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
Place the turkey tenderloins in a baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the tenderloins, making sure they are well coated.
Cut the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter into small pieces and place them on top of the tenderloins.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
Serve with roasted vegetables or a side salad for a complete meal.
