A delicious and savory garlic butter turkey tenderloin recipe that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 turkey tenderloins (about 1 pound total)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
  3. Place the turkey tenderloins in a baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the tenderloins, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Cut the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter into small pieces and place them on top of the tenderloins.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
