Ingredients
Scale
1 ½ cups dill pickle slices, drained
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)
Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Fold in the dill pickle slices and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pie is set and the top is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh dill if desired and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
Substitute the cheddar cheese with pepper jack for an extra layer of flavor.
