  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  8. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter.
  9. Pour the remaining batter on top and swirl in the rest of the caramel sauce using a knife or toothpick.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  11. Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
