  • 1 cup pitted black olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped green olives and black olives.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to the bowl. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and black pepper until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or vegetable sticks.
