Marry Me Salmon is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the rich flavors of salmon with a sweet and tangy mustard glaze.

  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice until well combined.
  6. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the mustard mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
