Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels and season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the pork tenderloins for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Pour this mixture over the seared pork in the skillet.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Drizzle the pan sauce over the sliced pork and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter glaze, add an extra tablespoon of honey.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
