Lobster & Crab Butter Bombs are a delicious seafood treat made with a rich blend of lobster and crab meat, combined with creamy butter and spices, then baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 8 ounces cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat, shredded crab meat, and chopped parsley until evenly distributed.
  5. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and form it into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a teaspoon of hot sauce to the mixture before forming the bombs.
  • Substitute the lobster or crab with shrimp or scallops for a different seafood flavor.
