Ingredients
Scale
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
1/4 cup diced green onions
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring continuously until melted and fully incorporated.
Mix in the diced tomatoes, green onions, black olives, taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined and heated through.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving. This sauce can be served warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
This sauce can be used as a dip for tortilla chips, a topping for nachos, or drizzled over tacos for added flavor.
