Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup pickles, sliced
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain excess grease from the beef, then add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
To assemble the tacos, place a generous scoop of the beef mixture on each tortilla.
Top with crispy bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles.
Drizzle with ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard to taste.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the tacos.
Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option, and use turkey bacon for a healthier twist.
