Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup pickles, sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towels, leaving the bacon grease in the pan.
In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
While the beef is cooking, warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
To assemble the tacos, place a generous scoop of the cooked beef in the center of each tortilla.
Top the beef with crispy bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Drizzle this sauce over the toppings in each taco.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef.
Add avocado slices or guacamole for an extra creamy texture and flavor.
