A delicious and easy recipe for Juicy and Tender Pork Tenderloin Roast that is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Rub the olive oil all over the pork tenderloins, then coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  5. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork tenderloins for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Brush this mixture over the seared pork.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  8. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  9. Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with your choice of sides.

Notes

  • For a smoky flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of smoked paprika to the spice mixture.
  • If you prefer a sweeter glaze, increase the honey to 2 tablespoons or add a splash of apple cider for extra flavor.
