Ingredients
Scale
1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Stir in the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon bites and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the cooked salmon bites and toss gently to coat. Cook for another minute to allow the flavors to meld.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
Serve the salmon bites over a bed of rice or with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
