Delicious homemade air fryer cherry cheesecake egg rolls, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, perfect for dessert lovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • Cooking spray
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of the wrapper. Top with 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling.
  3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll it up tightly to seal. Use a little beaten egg to seal the top corner. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray.
  5. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, add mini chocolate chips to the cream cheese mixture before filling the wrappers.
  • Substitute the cherry pie filling with other fruit fillings like blueberry or strawberry for different flavors.
