Ingredients
Scale
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Cooking spray
Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Dijon mustard. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a generous spoonful of the ham and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling. Pinch the edges to seal.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the rolled pockets in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each one.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Check halfway through and flip if necessary for even cooking.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes to the filling.
Substitute the ham with cooked chicken or turkey for a different flavor profile.
