Ingredients
Scale
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers if desired.
Grill the chicken bites for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the creamy garlic sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Serve the grilled chicken bites with the creamy garlic sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the olive oil and spices for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream in the sauce for a lighter option.
For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the chicken seasoning or mix some hot sauce into the creamy garlic sauce.
