Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the beef mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place a small piece of cheddar cheese inside each meatball and reshape to seal the cheese inside.
Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle and place a meatball in the center. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the meatball and pinch to seal completely.
Place the sealed biscuit bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the beef mixture.
You can also substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
