Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious, bite-sized treats filled with juicy cheeseburgers and flavored with garlic and parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the beef and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  6. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  7. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle additional parmesan cheese on top before baking.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
