  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  3. Arrange the scallops in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the scallops.
  4. If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them over the scallops for added texture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the scallops are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • Substitute the breadcrumbs with crushed crackers or panko for a different texture and flavor.
