  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 slices of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Lay out the bacon slices on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice of bacon.
  4. Carefully roll each slice of bacon, starting from one end to the other, ensuring the cream cheese mixture is inside.
  5. Place the rolled bacon on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
