Ingredients
Scale
2 pounds salmon fillets
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
For a caramelized finish, switch the oven to broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter glaze, increase the honey to 3 tablespoons.
Serve with steamed rice or quinoa and a side of sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
