Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice preference)
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
Brush or drizzle half of the sauce mixture over the meatballs.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and brush or drizzle the remaining sauce over them before serving.
Serve hot, garnished with additional chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
For a milder version, reduce or omit the red pepper flakes and sriracha sauce.
You can substitute ground turkey or beef for the ground chicken for a different flavor profile.
