2 filet mignon steaks
1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet and let rest.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in white wine and let it reduce by half.
Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in shrimp and lobster meat.
Cook until the seafood is heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.
Slice the filet mignon and serve topped with the shrimp and lobster cream sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice to the sauce.
