Ingredients
Scale
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup blue sprinkles or edible glitter
1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
Begin by washing and hulling the strawberries. Pat them dry with a paper towel to ensure the chocolate adheres well.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
Dip each strawberry into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
Immediately roll the dipped strawberries in blue sprinkles or edible glitter before the chocolate sets. If desired, you can also sprinkle mini marshmallows on top for added decoration.
Place the decorated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
Serve chilled and enjoy your festive treat!
Notes
For a darker contrast, use dark chocolate instead of white chocolate for dipping.
Add a splash of vanilla extract to the melted chocolate for extra flavor.
