- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 4 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced

- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet and stir well to combine. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir to coat all the ingredients evenly and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sliced green onions.
- If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add 1-2 teaspoons of sriracha or red pepper flakes during cooking.
- To make it vegetarian, substitute the ground pork with crumbled tofu or tempeh and use a plant-based soy sauce.
