Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sliced salami
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives or green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 large tortilla (flour or whole wheat)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well blended and smooth.
Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Place the salami slices in a single layer over the cream cheese mixture, covering it completely.
Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the log into 1-inch pieces. Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes to the cream cheese mixture.
Substitute the salami with turkey or ham for a different flavor profile, or use a variety of deli meats for a colorful platter.
