  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 large tortilla (flour or whole wheat)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well blended and smooth.
  2. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Place the salami slices in a single layer over the cream cheese mixture, covering it completely.
  4. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  5. Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the log into 1-inch pieces. Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
