- 2 (6-ounce) white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- Place the fish fillets in the center of the baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish, then sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the fish.
