2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey Dijon mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
