Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped dill pickles, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and creamy. You can use a hand mixer or a spatula for this step.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, garnish with fresh dill if desired. Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or a few dashes of hot sauce to the mixture.
  • You can substitute the bacon with cooked and crumbled sausage for a different flavor profile.
