Decadent Easy Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells are a delightful dish filled with a rich seafood mixture and topped with marinara sauce and melted cheese.

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped shrimp, crab meat, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the seafood mixture, using a spoon to fill them generously.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells on top of the sauce.
  6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the dish for added flavor.
  8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let the dish cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the seafood mixture.
  • Substitute the seafood with cooked chicken or vegetables for a different flavor profile.
